Spend an evening by the ocean sipping on the delightful wines from Spring Vale Vineyard. Indulge in freshly shucked Melshell Oysters and a glass of sparkling to begin, before sampling the best of Tasmania's produce with chef-prepared canapes in the outdoor courtyard, overlooking the crystal blue waters of Great Oyster Bay. When the sun sets, settle in to our private dining space for an entree and main, before sharing decadent desserts in the lounge. Each course will be carefully curated to perfectly compliment the Spring Vale Vineyard wines. 

This event is open to guests of Freycinet Lodge and also those who are not staying with us. Reserve your accommodation here and make the most of an indulgent weekend on the coast.
